U.S. Northern Command, Canada Command establish new bilateral Civil Assistance Plan

Preface

Various independent news services and economic prognosticators have predicted economic collapse of the United States monetary system, banking systems, and the market in catastrophic proportions somewhere around September 2009, or soon thereafter. What’s the validity? Your guess is as good as mine. I do know this, for sure. In the event of the predicted collapse, the federal government is preparing for riots, an uprising, and general insurrection of the populace to follow, as evidenced by the military agreement spotlighted below. The joint agreement was signed under the Bush Administration 14 Feb 2008 and is on USNORTHCOM’s own website that Canada and Mexico will be brought to the “homeland” in case of a “domestic Emergency”, to “quell civil rebellions of citizens against the US government” because of fear of “We the People.”

Following in Bush’s footsteps and because he fears the people even more in this regard, if a civil rebellion they’ve prepared for actually takes place, our dear leader, “The One,” the messiah, will not hesitate to call out the troops, including those from Canada and Mexico, and you will be shot, or imprisoned, as domestic terrorists/insurrectionists. A like agreement was made with Mexico separate from this one.

The federal government, Department of Homeland Security has already declared Constitutionalists, adherents to Rep. Ron Paul, returning Iraq War veterans, and anybody else that objects to this administrations’ policies as right wing extremists potentially capable of violence toward the central government. What do you think Janet Napolitano’s definitions pertaining to “extremists” to ALL police authorities across the country was all about? It was about exactly this, that in case you were considering marching on Washington, DC to loudly announce your displeasure, they want you to be afraid of them, to not even think about it. That is, don’t even think about it unless you have hundreds of thousands behind you armed to the teeth ready, willing and able.

Who is it our government fears most? We the People, yes, of course, but who of we the people? It’s not minority citizens this administration and the previous one fear. Minorities and the poor are who stand to gain the most from the policies the Obama administration are pushing, passing into law; so, they’re not the ones who would rebel against the tyrannies this government is foisting upon us. It’s you the productive, the people that pay all the taxes, that earn the wealth of this nation that they fear, because if YOU rebel against them, they know you will win, that they will be thrown out of power and worse. You better believe the federal government will do anything necessary to keep you in your place, subservient, taxpaying, and afraid; including kill you and/or imprison you if they have to in order keep you that way, and to preserve themselves.

Remember this too! We outnumber them by 50 to 1, we ARE armed to the teeth, and THEY’RE AFRAID OF US, or they wouldn’t have made these agreements.

U.S. Northern Command, Canada Command establish new bilateral Civil Assistance Plan

February 14, 2008

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, and Canadian Air Force Lt.-Gen. Marc Dumais, commander of Canada Command, have signed a Civil Assistance Plan that allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a civil emergency.

“This document is a unique, bilateral military plan to align our respective national military plans to respond quickly to the other nation's requests for military support of civil authorities,” Renuart said. “Unity of effort during bilateral support for civil support operations such as floods, forest fires, hurricanes, earthquakes and effects of a terrorist attack, in order to save lives, prevent human suffering and mitigate damage to property, is of the highest importance, and we need to be able to have forces that are flexible and adaptive to support rapid decision-making in a collaborative environment.”

“The signing of this plan is an important symbol of the already strong working relationship between Canada Command and U.S. Northern Command,” Dumais said. “Our commands were created by our respective governments to respond to the defense and security challenges of the twenty-first century, and we both realize that these and other challenges are best met through cooperation between friends.”

The plan recognizes the role of each nation's lead federal agency for emergency preparedness, which in the United States is the Department of Homeland Security and in Canada is Public Safety Canada. The plan facilitates the military-to-military support of civil authorities once government authorities have agreed on an appropriate response.

U.S. Northern Command was established on Oct. 1, 2002, to anticipate and conduct homeland defense and civil support operations within the assigned area of responsibility to defend, protect, and secure the United States and its interests.

Similarly, Canada Command was established on Feb. 1, 2006, to focus on domestic operations and to offer a single point of contact for all domestic and continental defense and security partners.

The two domestic commands established strong bilateral ties well before the signing of the Civil Assistance Plan. The two commanders and their staffs meet regularly, collaborate on contingency planning and participate in related annual exercises.
